1. When the customer makes an appointment/booking with Senne Lories, he or she automatically agrees to these terms and conditions of sale.

 

2. Prices are subject to change over time, the price given to the customer at the time of booking remains unchanged.

3. All goods or services will be provided as stated on the invoice.

4. From all content taken (this can be photos or videos) Senne Lories will make a selection. This selection will be edited/edited in Senne Lories style or in a previously agreed upon style together with the client. Any material not selected or edited cannot be obtained unless otherwise agreed.

5. All the visual material coming from Senne Lories can be published online at any time, on his website/portfolio (sjakie.be), Instagram, Facebook and other social media platforms. In addition, the images can also be used for other purposes and publications such as advertisements, print materials, competitions. If you prefer not to, please notify Senne Lories.

6. Photos/videos made by Senne Lories are considered artistic work and are therefore subject to copyright. By paying the full amount mentioned on the invoice, the customer gets the right to use, print and publish this material for personal purposes. If the customer nevertheless uses this material for commercial purposes without reasonable compensation and without explicit permission from the owner "Senne Lories", legal action will be taken.

7. Senne Lories is not liable for color deviations on non or incorrectly calibrated monitors or prints not supplied by professionals.

8. Upon publication, Senne Lories expects to be mentioned. This can be done on social media by means of a tag (@loriessenne or @studiosjakie), on websites a mention to Senne Lories.

9. Quotes are non-binding until acceptance by the client. Quotations remain valid until 30 days after the offer date unless otherwise stated. When the customer accepts the offer he or she sends it signed back to Senne Lories.

10. Invoices are payable for individuals within 14 days and for companies within 30 days of invoice date.

​

11. If additional advice or services are provided, it is up to the contractor to decide whether they will be carried out. If so, the contractor shall charge the customer an additional amount.

12. All these agreements are governed by Belgian law. In the event of any disputes only the justice of the peace of the canton or the courts of the district of our registered office have jurisdiction, unless the law imperatively prescribes otherwise.

13. Senne Lories reserves the right to invoice 50% of the agreed price to the client if the client cancels the order less than 24 hours in advance. Senne Lories reserves the right to invoice 25% of the agreed price to the client if the client cancels the assignment less than 48 hours in advance. This does not apply in the event of illness.

14. All payments remaining unpaid on the due date will be increased by right, without prior notice, by a compensation of 15% per month on the outstanding amount and a lump sum of 25 EUR for the first reminder unless a greater loss is proven. For the second reminder, a flat fee of 75 EUR will be charged unless a greater loss is proven.

15. These agreements are governed by Belgian law. Only the justice of the peace of the canton (or the courts of the district where our company is located) can decide on any disputes, unless other laws provide otherwise.
